Nobody reads it
No person here and no automated system reads your entries.
Never sold
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Ever.
You decide what is shared
Pages are shared one at a time, expire, and can be withdrawn instantly.
It goes nowhere else
What you write is never sent to any outside service, and nothing is used to train anything.
Take it with you
Download everything you have written, whenever you like.
Delete for good
Delete an entry, or your whole account, at any time.
The details
- What we keep
- Your entries and ratings, themes, session dates, the pages you make, your settings, and your email address. We never ask who your therapist is or why you are in therapy.
- Outside services
- None of them see what you write. Your entries are not sent anywhere to be processed, summarized or analyzed, and the counts and patterns you see are worked out on our own servers from your own writing. Nothing you write is used to train anything.
- Deleting
- A deleted entry disappears at once and is gone for good after thirty days. Deleting your account removes everything immediately, including every shared link.
- Age and changes
- The Other 10K is for adults. If what leaves our servers ever changes, the app will tell you before it happens.
