How it works
A sentence at a time.
Nothing here asks you to journal. A journal is a project, and a project is another thing to be behind on. This is one line and one number, in the moment it occurs to you.
In the week
Something happens on a Tuesday. You write one line and one number, and put your phone away.
- One sentence and a number out of ten. Under fifteen seconds.
- Works with no signal. It saves to your phone first and syncs later.
- Or say it out loud, if typing is more than you have in you.

The day before
Ten minutes, the evening before your session. The week comes back loudest first, and you choose what is going in.
- Loudest first, not newest first. The Tuesday you half-forgot comes back.
- Keep it or set it aside. Setting aside is not deleting.
- Top five above the line, in your order. Nothing re-sorts what you chose.

In the room, and after
You walk in with a page instead of a blank. The first ten minutes are not spent remembering why you wanted the hour.
- Bring it on your phone, printed, or as a PDF.
- Or send a link that expires, and that you can withdraw at any moment.
- Anything you commit to comes back once, gently, and never as a failure.

What you end up holding.
One page, in your words and your order. Nothing on it is paraphrased, summarised or softened, and nothing on it tells you what any of it means.

To talk about
- 1The thing my mother said on the phone on Sunday. I keep replaying it.9
- 2I said yes to the extra project again and I do not know why.7
- 3Slept four hours Tuesday. Not anxious exactly. Just awake.6
- 4Good Thursday. Worth saying that out loud for once.3
What came up
Hard to bring up
I think I have been agreeing with you in sessions to be done with the subject.
Months later, if you stay
Progress in therapy is nearly invisible from the inside. The app can show you that conversations about your mother averaged 8.2 in March and 5.1 in August, and it stops there. It does not say improving, it does not say worse, and it never grades a direction. That reading is yours and your therapist’s to make.
Questions people ask.
What if I do not write anything for a week?
Nothing happens. There are no streaks, no reminders about how long it has been, and no catch-up prompt when you come back. The page you take to your next session is made from whatever is there, and a quiet week is a real answer about a week.
Do I have to rate everything out of ten?
Yes, and it is meant to be a reflex rather than a judgement. One to ten is how LOUD the thing was, not how bad or how serious it is. There are no labels on the middle numbers, because naming the midpoint makes people deliberate over a figure that should take a second.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Everything is written to your phone first and syncs when it can. An entry you had to work up to at 2am on one bar is one you will not write twice, so it is never left to a request that might fail.
Can I say it out loud instead of typing?
Yes. Dictation transcribes into a field you can edit, never straight to saved, and the audio is discarded the moment it becomes text. It is never stored and never sent anywhere for review.
What does my therapist actually see?
One page: your lines, in your order, word for word. They need no account and there is no signup wall. The link expires -- twenty four hours, a week, two weeks or a month, never permanently -- and you can withdraw it at any moment, which stops it working immediately. You can see whether it was opened, and nothing more specific than that.
Who else can read what I write?
Nobody. Nothing is monitored, nothing you write is used to train anything, and pattern-finding is a switch that is off until you turn it on. With it off, nothing leaves our servers and the rest of the product still works.
Some of this product is what it refuses. It never tells you what you have, nothing is monitored, nothing you write trains anything, and there is no streak to keep up. Those are lines in the specification the app is built from, not features we have not got to.
How each of those is actually enforcedWrite one line about today.
Three entries across two days before anything asks for a card, and what you have written stays yours and stays readable either way.
